Goods Refund & Returns
Please inspect your goods upon receipt, if they are damaged and require a signature by the courier please sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Every plant & bulb we supply is covered by a replacement or refund guarantee, however certain conditions will apply. Firstly, any plant or bulb which is received damaged or in poor health must be reported to ourselves immediately upon receipt (no later than 3 days), we cannot be responsible for the bulb/plants after care. If you are unsure of a plant/bulbs appearance or condition please report this prior to planting , do not try to nurture the plant/bulb to full health. Should you inform us several weeks later it will be too late to offer any replacement. If in any doubt please contact us immediately for correct help and if necessary replacement or refund.
Goods Covered by a Manufacturers Warranty
We will refund/replace faulty goods up to 28 days after the date of delivery. After this, faulty goods will be covered by the manufacturers warranty if applicable.
Carriage charges for goods refused unjustifiably will be charged to the customer.
Goods returned to us without our permission will incur a £5 admin fee.
All goods remain the property of Rocky Mountain Nursery until paid for in full.
